Matson, Harvey A. (13 SEP 1941 - 18 JUN 2015)

Harvey A. Matson, age 73, of Colby, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. As per Harvey's wishes, there will be no formal services held. The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Colby is entrusted with arrangements.

Harvey was born in Unity on September 13, 1941 the son of Albert and Audrey (Huber) Matson. He graduated from Colby High School and farmed on the family's dairy farm until his health wouldn't allow him to continue. Harvey loved sports and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Harvey is survived by his sister, Sharon (Kenneth) Laube of Colby; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Audrey; two sisters, Norma Zadlo and Joyce Degenhardt; and two nephews, Dennis Zadlo and Allen Laube.
