Married on July 4, 1968 were Sue Ann Winger, 928 N. Washington, Bismarck, N.D. and Wayne Robert Raven, Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis.

Parents of the couple are Mrs. E.W. Winger and the late E.W. Winger of Bismarck, N.D., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Raven, Thorp, Wis.

The ceremony in Emmaus Lutheran Church, St. Paul., Minn., was conducted by Rev. Vernon Koeper. Following the ceremony a dinner was held at the Lexington Hotel.

Mrs. Robert Ulrich, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and Keith Raven, the groom's brother, was best man.

Mrs. Raven is presently a student at Jamestown College, Jamestown, N.D., and Mr. Raven is serving his country in Vietnam.

After a brief honeymoon, they will return to Thorp, Wis. until Mr. Raven return to Vietnam active duty.
