Ogden, Lynda Lou (6 JUL 1968)
Miss Lynda Lou Ogden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Ogden, Cambridge, and Ernest
Walter Koltis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Koltis, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were
married in St. Pius Catholic Church in Cambridge at 11 a.m. July 6, 1968.
Schiffli embroidery accented the bride's silk organza gown, detailed by a
Sabrina neckline, long sleeves and tiered skirt that extended into a chapel
length train. Seed pearls and crystals trimmed the lace petal headpiece she wore
to hold her veil, and red and white roses cascaded in her bouquet. For something
old, she wore the gold and shell earrings her mother wore for her wedding.
For her roles as maid of honor for her sister, Miss Lucinda Ogden wore an
organza gown, accented at the waistline with lace appliques. A floral headpiece
with a veil and a colonial bouquet of blue and white pompon daisies completed
her attire.
Leonard Koltis was his brother's best man, and Gordon Koltis, another brother,
ushered with Bruce Marsden, Edgerton.
The reception was in the church parlors.
Mr. Koltis has been serving with the Navy at Great Lakes for the past 14 months
and now reported for duty at Long Beach, Calif., July 20.
