Plautz, John J. (5 August 1903 - 6 December 1973)

Funeral services for John J. Plautz were held December 10 from Holy Family Church in Willard. The Rev. Michael Mertens officiated. Burial was made in the Holy Family Cemetery.

Pallbearers, all nephews were: Floyd Plautz, Michael Podrovitz, James Zallar, John Felix, Larry Pakiz and Patrick Plautz. The choir of Holy Family Chu7rch, with Mrs. Kenneth Horn, Jr., as soloist, sang. Mrs. Henry Lamovec was the organist.

Relatives from away who attended included: Mr. and Mrs. Roger Lange and daughter, Gail, of Two Rivers; Mrs. Marie Farrel, Mrs. Ann Roberson, Phillip Plautz, Paul Plautz, Mrs. Frank Svigal, Mrs. Leslie Burmeister and Mrs. Sophia Matkovich, all of Milwaukee; Mrs. Raymond Levesque of Orlando, Fla.: Mr. and Mrs. Leo Albright and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Albright of Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Plautz of Owen; and many friends from Eau Claire, Madison, Thorp, Marshfield, Milwaukee and from the surrounding area.
