Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Farnsworth were Christmas Day guests of their son and
daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Darryl Farnsworth and family in Marshfield.
Mrs. Verla Hales was a Christmas dinner guest at the Francis Steiner home.
Christmas Day guess at the Manford Cain home were their son and
daughter-ion-law, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Cain and family of Lockport, Il.
Mrs. Elda Bartz planned to leave for Arizona this week with Mr. and Mrs. Jim
West, who spent the holidays in Neillsville. She will be a guest of her daughter
and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Elwyn Larson, at Mesa, Az.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Helm, their son, Donald, of Marion and Mr. and Mrs. Roger
Helm and family were guests last Wednesday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sammy
Seefeldt.
James Lehmann of Louisville, Ky., arrived December 22 for a visit with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Lehmann. All spent four days over the Christmas
holiday with Mrs. Carole Fox in Bloomington, Mn., and with Mr. and Mrs. Rudy
Dageforde and family in St. Paul, and visited Thursday and Friday with Mr. and
Mrs. Mel Smith and family in Appleton. James Lehmann planned to return to
Louisville on Monday.
Christmas Day guests at the LaVern Vanderwyst home were Mr. and Mrs. Norman
Vanderwyst and family and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Wernberg and family of Marshfield.
Mr. and Mrs. Warren Anding and sons of Stewartville, Mn., were expected to
arrive Sunday to spend the day with his mother, Mrs. Otto Anding.
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Feyen and daughter, Annette, of Sheboygan and Mr. and Mrs.
Richard Eibergen and family and William Eibergen were Christmas dinner guests of
Mrs. Anna Zahradka. Mrs. Feyen and Annette remained to spend the New Year
holiday as well. Mr. and Mrs. James Wunsch and family of Sheboygan Falls were
expected to arrive at the Zahradka home Friday to remain through New Year’s Day.
Mrs. Elda Bartz, together with the Dennis Burkart family of Eau Claire, was a
dinner guest last Sunday at the home of Mrs. Irene Drescher and Wayne, rural
Greenwood. Mrs. Bartz remained at the Drescher home and returned to Granton
Christmas afternoon.
Over the Christmas holiday, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Henninger spent a week in St.
Paul, Mn, with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Klein and
family. The Henningers planned to spend several days over the New Year’s holiday
with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Henninger and family, in
Neosho.
Christmas Day guests at the Van L. Kayser home were their daughter and
son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Garfield Freeberg of Eau Claire.
Christmas visitors at the Lyle Fero home were their daughter and son-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Ralph Ayala and children of Chicago, Il. While the others returned to
Chicago, Mrs. Ayala and son Nicky, remained for a visit with her parents. Mr.
Ayala and daughter, Kathy, planned to return to spend New Year’s Day with the
Feros and to take Mrs. Ayala and Nicky home with them on Wednesday.
Darwyn Farnsworth who left last Friday for Waverly, Ia., returned home last
Wednesday evening, after spending the Christmas holiday in Waverly with the
Duane Schroeder family. His aunt, Mrs. Myrtle Radke of Columbus, was also a
holiday guest of her daughter and son-in-law, the Schroeders.
