Pleasant Ridge (10 January 1974)
Mr. and Mrs. George Erickson were New Year’s Eve supper guests at the Leslie
Cook home.
Guests at the home of Mrs. Marion Holt for the pre-Christmas weekend were her
sons and daughters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Holt and family of Sheboygan and
Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Holt and family of North St. Paul, Mn, and her daughter and
son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Boushon. Mrs. Holt and the Boushons spent
Christmas Eve and day with the Robert Holt family in Durand.
Mr. and Mrs. George Kuehn and Joan were among Christmas Day guests at the Darrel
Hohenstein home. Last Sunday, they were guests at the Adrian Hubing home., where
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Hubing, were also guests. Mr. Kuehn’s birthday
was observed that day. Family members and friends also visited at the Kuehn home
during the holidays.
Mr. and Mrs. Theomore Vine and Richard and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Vine and family
were Christmas Day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. David Vine in Neillsville.
The Pleasant Ridge Circle of the Neillsville United Methodist Church is to meet
this (Thursday) afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the church lounge. Members will
continue with their Bible study series.
Lynne Erickson of Indianapolis, In., spent two weeks over the holidays with her
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Erickson, and with the William Cook family.
Mr. and Mrs. Erickson and Lynne visited one evening at the Donald Erickson hone
and Lynne was a supper guest there last Wednesday evening. She was to return
home Sunday with her father, Milton Erickson. Guests at the George Erickson home
for Christmas also included Milton Erickson of Chicago, Il., Donna Erickson of
Eau Claire and her fiancé, Joe Bill, Mr. and Mrs. William Cook and family and Mr
and Mrs. Donald Erickson.
New Year’s Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Vine were Mr. and Mrs. Theomore
Vine and Richard.
Mr. and Mrs. David Eisentraut and family spent several days with the James
Eisentraut family in Sterling, Il., over the New Year’s holiday.
