Mrs. Art Ellenbecker, Mrs. John Rutan and Mrs. Jim Nehrlich were hostesses at a bridal shower given at the Art Ellenbecker home in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Don Haddix of Denver, Colorado.

Mrs. Haddix is the former Barbara Schiferl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Schiferl of Abbotsford.

The evening was spent playing games, and a lunch was served. The center of the table was decorated with a cake made by Mrs. Robert Baxter.

Guests included Mr. and Mrs. Haddix, Mr. and Mrs. Felix Schiferl and daughters, Annette and Charlotte, Mrs. James Schiferl and Mrs. Willard Bragg, all of Abbotsford, and the John Rutan family, the Art Ellenbecker family, the Ken Ellenbecker family, the Galen Ellenbecker family, Mrs. Lloyd Carlson, Mrs. Fred Beisner, Mrs. Jim Nehrlich, Margaret Nehrlich, Mrs. Henry Feldbruegge, Mrs. Paul Butor, Mrs. Robert Baxter, Mrs. Albert Beisner, Mrs. Steve Chotoff and Mrs. Ralph Baxter, all of the Dorchester area.
