Sprengler, Shirley G. (26 OCT 1968)
Miss Shirley G. Sprengler, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. F.H. Sprengler, was
united in marriage to Lawrence A Gostomski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gostomski
of Thorp, on Saturday, Oct. 26, 1968. Her father officiated at the ceremony.
The bride wore a floor length gown of velvet in A-line silhouette and court
train and a peau bow on a Juliet mounting, with pearls to secure her bouffant
veil of silk illusion. She carried a white velvet covered prayer book accented
with red roses and stephanotis.
The bridal aides were Mrs. Don Sprengler and Mrs. Leonard Butek. The Rev. Don
Sprengler was best man.
A wedding reception and dinner were held at the Colby Hotel at Colby following
the ceremony.
After a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the Gostomskis will live in Wahoo,
Nebraska.
