Thompson, Judith Jane (9 NOV 1968)
Miss Judith Jane Thompson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth J. Thompson,
Ashland, and Robert Allen Brehm, son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Brehm, Unity, were
united in marriage on Saturday, Nov. 9, 1968, at a 4:30 p.m. ceremony. The Rev.
Ben Kleiber of the Newman Center at Oshkosh, officiated.
The bride was attired in a street length A-line white crepe dress with bell
sleeves and trimmed at the neck and sleeves with sequins. She had a corsage of
white carnations and pink tea roses.
The maid of honor was Mary Corrine Vorland and the best man was Thomas H. Dollar
of Oshkosh.
Festivities of the day included a reception at Josef's Supper Club in Oshkosh.
The bride is a senior at Wisconsin State University, Oshkosh, and is currently
employed in the audio-visual department at the university. The groom works at
Quality Control at Weyerhaeuser in Marshfield and also attended the University
of Wisconsin extension at Marshfield.
The couple will be residing in Oshkosh.
