Butler (31 January 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Reineke drove to Marshfield Saturday and visited at the Ronald Altmann home.

Saturday visitors at the home of Mrs. John Kile were Mr. and Mrs. Bud Kile of Owen, John Kile and Debbie Nelson of Milwaukee and Mrs. Chester Daines. Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Kile and son, John, had a dinner in honor of Debbie Nelson’s graduation. Mrs. John Kile was hostess.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Reineke and son of Boyd were recent visitors at the Arthur Reineke home.

Kenneth Kile is visiting in Milwaukee for a short time.

Mary Lynn Mayenschein of Milwaukee spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Curt Mayenschein. Clarence Butler, who has been recuperating from a recent accident and staying at the Mayenschein home, returned to Milwaukee with her Sunday. His daughter, Mrs. Nancy Castro, will meet him there and he will spend a while with her in Chicago.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Morrison spent the weekend at Weyerhauser snowmobiling.

Shirley Tieman of Thorp was a supper guest at the Charles Tieman home Sunday.

MMSN Jack Conklin of Norfolk, Va., is spending a week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Conklin. On his return to duty he will be stationed in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McIntyre and daughters of Elk Mound spent Satruday at the Pirl Burrington home.

Rev. and Mrs. Harold Palmer visited friends in Chippewa Falls last Thursday.

Mrs. Pirl Burrington paid a social call on Mrs. Hugo Kuehl at Morgan Plaza in Thorp Friday.
