Woik, Pauline (1892 – 19 NOV 1968)
Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline Woik, who died on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 1968, at
St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, were held on Friday, Nov. 22, at St. Paul’s
Lutheran Church in Green Grove. Rev. Arthur Rasch officiated.
Pallbearers, all grandsons, were Robert Stacke, Donald Heuckel, Richard
Hennlich, Arv Decker, Jim Sowieja, Elroy Rynders and Tom Nelson.
The Ladies’ Aid, of which she was a member, sang “Asleep in Jesus and the
congregation sang “Forever With the Lord.” Burial was in the parish cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, four daughters, Mrs. Hans (Gertrude) Hennlich of
Milwaukee, Mrs. Adolph (Marion) Stacke of Curtiss, Mrs. Ted (Bernice) Miller of
Curtiss, and Mrs. Norwood (Grace) Krueger of Franklin, 13 grandchildren and 16
great-grandchildren.
Out of town relatives and friends attending the services came from Milwaukee,
Neenah, Sheboygan, Antigo, Chilton, Merrill, Franklin, Eau Claire, Marshfield,
Germantown, Montello, Fond du Lac, Suring, Campbellsport, Dorchester, Arlington
Heights, Ill. and other surrounding communities.
