The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. DuWayne Gropp was baptized at Trinity
Lutheran Church on Saturday evening, March 21, 1970. Pastor Ruhbusch
administered the rite of baptism and she was given the name Kimberly Sue. Her
sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Klein and Miss Gwendolyn Klein, who were
guests at the Group home after the service. Others at their home for an evening
of cards were the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Dittman, Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Gropp, and the child's great-grandmother, Mrs. Clara Luther. A decorated cake
made by Gwendolyn Klein was served with the lunch.
