Nelsen, Clarence A. (15 MAY 1922 – 10 AUG 2015)

Clarence A. Nelsen, Jr. passed away at age 93 on August 10, 2015, at home in Sunnyvale, CA. He was born in Colby, WI, on May 15, 1922, to Clarence and Julia Nelsen. Along with his father and two brothers he was active in Boy Scouts, earning the Eagle Scout rank. After graduating from Colby High School he joined the Army and served in the Pacific during World War II. Following college he moved to California to begin his career as an engineer in the aerospace industry. He is survived by his brothers, Carl and Ron (Lucille), sister, Sarah, daughter, Kris (Dan), daughter, Nancy (Jerry), daughter, Julie (Bob), and son, Bill (Marcela), eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister, Marjorie, sister-in-law, Dorothy, and brother-in-law, Earl Maes.
