Joanne Seebandt, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), was elected to Sigma Alpha Lambda
Honor Society at North Central Technical Institute, Wausau. Miss Seebandt was
honor at the group's fifth annual banquet Saturday evening (May 9) in Wausau.
Seventh District Congressman, David Obey, was the featured speaker at the
banquet program.
