Hansen, Susan Grace (18 APR 1970)
Marriage vows were repeated Saturday, April 18, 1970, at 2 p.m. at St. John's
Catholic Church, when Miss Susan Grace Hansen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd
Hansen, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), was married to William Loos, son of Mr. and
Mrs. John Loos, also of Loyal.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a floor length A-line
gown of Chantilly lace, and chose a pearl crown with a petal effect to hold her
bouffant veil. She carried a cascade of yellow roses, stephanotis and ivy
centered by a white orchid.
The bridesmaid was Miss Kathleen Potter of Marshfield, and Charles Loos of Loyal
was the best man. Miss Potter wore a dotted Swiss dress in bouffant styling and
matching petal headpiece, and had a hand bouquet of white daisies with yellow
streamers.
A reception took place at the Spencer Municipal Hall following church services,
and a dance was held there that evening.
Mr. Loos is employed by Land-O-Lakes Creameries, Inc., Cheese Division, spencer,
and Mrs. Loos is employed as a receptionist for Modern Sleep Products of
Marshfield. Both are graduates of Loyal High School, she in 1969 and hi in 1968.
After a honeymoon through southern Wisconsin, Illinois and Missourie, they are
making their home at 508 Chestnut Avenue, Marshfield.
