Lipscy, Donald (- 6 September 2015) With Flag
Donald Lipscy, 89, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, at the Neillsville Care &
Rehabilitation Center.
Memorial service for Don will be held at the American Legion Hall in
Neillsville, Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held from 1
p.m. until the time of service. A Masonic Service will be held, followed by a
religious service officiated by Rev. Patsy Roe. Marine Corps military rites will
be completed at the Neillsville City Cemetery. A lunch will be served following
the military rites.
Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona, is assisting the family with
arrangements. Online condolences may be shared at
