St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Loyal was the setting for the wedding of Miss
Sandra Kay Goodbrand, Route 1, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. David Goodbrand, and James Allen Loos, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Loos, Route
1, Loyal, on May 2, 1970 at 2 o'clock.
She was given away by her father. Sandra chose an empire gown of Chantilly lace
with a chapel train that fell from the shoulders.
The Rev. Father King performed the ceremony. The maid of honor was Miss Arlene
Mechelke, Loyal, and bridesmaids were Miss Gloria Rachu, Route 1, Unity and Miss
Cathy Goodbrand, Loyal. They wore dresses of yellow chiffon and taffeta with
empire waists and sheer long sleeves. Each carried a basket of white and yellow
daisies.
Mr. Thomas La…?, Fort Atkinson, Wis., served as the groom's best man, and
groomsmen were Marvin Miller Loyal and Michael Lindner, Loyal.
Miss Karen Henchen was flower girl and Kenneth Loos served as ring bearer.
Ushers were Robert Goodbrand and Steve Loos. Mrs. Trnka played the organ.
A reception and dance were held at K-Corners after the wedding services.
