Country Farm Corners (7 Nov 1918)
Kearney Davis and wife and children, Miss Huntzicker, Miss Kimball and Miss
Gertrude Davis of Granton were Sunday dinner guests at the George Wilson home.
Mrs. Marcus Hoesley, Jr., and baby of Neillsville and Mrs. Melchoir Hoesley and
children were visiting with the Herman Kelch family last Wednesday.
Clarence Reindel has been helping his brother-in-law, Arnold Worchel, cement his
barn.
Miss Ellen Miller left last Wednesday for Evanston, Ill., to spend the winter.
The Ratach Bros., with their threshing machine, moved homeward Saturday after a
month’s threshing in the community.
Mr. and Mrs. George Reindel were visiting with the A.B. Schuler family Sunday.
A.B. Schuler had his barn whitewashed last week.
Mrs. O.J. Warren had several ladies at her home Monday helping her dress geese
for the market.
