County Farm Corners (14 Nov 1918)
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Greeler and son, Erwin, and Miss Swantes drove to Spencer
Sunday and visited with relatives.
Miss Mabel Lastofka of Neillsville is assisting Mrs. A.B. Schuler with
housecleaning.
Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Reed and son, Earl, of Thorp were visitors with the D.H.
Rhines family last Tuesday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Reindel and baby were guests at George Reindel’s Sunday.
Alvin Foster and mother of Colby and Mr. Steinberg of Neillsville were callers
at the D.H. Rhines home Friday. Mrs. Foster remained until Saturday while the
men attended to business in Globe.
Miss Alger of Neillsville was a visitor at our school last week.
Mead Bros. of Abbotsford were callers at D.H. Rhines’ Saturday.
Elwin and Rueben Powers of Owen were over Sunday night visitors with Mr. and
Mrs. George Wilson.
D.H. Rhines drove to Abbotsford on business last Wednesday.
Mrs. Tom Wage and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Henze of Granton and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne
Potter and baby, Marcia, were Sunday guests at George Wilson’s.
