Pleasant Ridge (21 Nov 1918)
Charley Hall has had an influenza relapse and is under the care of Dr. Bradbury.
Willard Gerhardt’s folks are quite sick with influenza and also Miss Norma Wren,
all under the care of Dr. Bradbury.
Mr. Marty sawed wood for George Vine last Thursday and Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Brown came home Saturday from their visit with their daughter,
Mrs. Coolman.
Milo Brown is slowly recovering from the flu.
Jim King, Richard Selves, George Swann and Fred Vine expect to go hunting this
week.
Mrs. George Swann came home from Crandon last Saturday after spending a week
with her sister.
Miss Myra Jahr has been down from Antigo visiting her father.
Mrs. Lon Huckstead spent a day with Mrs. George Vine last week.
Miss Hattie Drescher has gone to Neillsville to keep house for Misses Elsie King
and Flara Drescher.
