Van Hise, C.R. (? – 1918)
Dr. C.R. Van Hise, president of the state university, died suddenly last week.
Dr. Van Hise was a very able man and had made a conspicuous success in his work
with the university for the past 14 years.
Dr. Van Hise was well known here, having visited Neillsville at different times.
He was a relative of the Ring family.
