Quednow, Patrick P. (29 JUL 1958 - 3 SEP 2015)

Patrick P. Quednow, 57, passed away on Sept. 3 at Creasy Springs Nursing Home in Lafayette, Ind. He has been cremated. There will be a get together at a later date for family and friends to share condolences and spread his ashes.

He was born July 29, 1958 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late Aloysius Quednow and Beatrice (Neves) Quednow.

His father was in the U.S. Navy so as a kid he moved around but after his father retired they moved to Medford to be near family in the area. He attended Medford High School.

In life he was an auto mechanic specializing in transmission repair and had his own at home garage in Stetsonville called Bears Auto Repair. He later moved to Lafayette Ind. and has lived there for the past several years where he worked for Mike Raiser Ford garage up until he became ill.

He enjoyed camping, watching football, and working on vehicles.

He is survived by a sister, Lynette Barton of Medford; a daughter, Stephanie Quednow of Medford; sons Gregory Ludwig of Medford, and Nicholas Quednow and Daniel Quednow of Lafayette, Ind. He is further survived by nieces.
