Willard (21 February 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Yurkovich and Mary Jo, and Jade Reyzer of Lublin, and Richard Yurkovich and his band, spent the weekend if Duluth, Mn. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. William Volovsek and Mr. and Mrs. Dave Volovsek, who were in Duluth and Superior and visited with Mr. and Mrs. John Volovsek and family.

Larry Krainz of Rice Lake spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Krainz.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Govek spent the weekend in West Bend with Mrs. Mary (Joe) Lesar and in Sheboygan, where they helped Frank’s brothers and sisters celebrate their birthdays.

Mr. and Mrs. John Govek of Medford spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Govek. John Govek also attended guard duty. Carol Govek of La Crosse also spent the weekend here.

Mrs. Warren Knudsen was dismissed from Memorial Hospital in Neillsville last week.

Louis Lesar, Sr., of Ely, Mn, visited relatives here last weekend.

Mrs. John Verhunce was dismissed last Monday from Memorial Hospital in Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Al Hemersbach were in Marshfield last week.

Mrs. David Langor is a patient at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville. Tony Trunkel, Jr., also is a patient there.

Mr. and Mrs. John Trunkel, Jr., and Peter Bogdonovich, Sr., went last week to McHenry, Il., where they visited friends for two days.

Miss Wanda Knudsen of Wausau spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Knudsen and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Pekol, Jr., of Eau Claire spent several days recently with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Pekol, Sr., and family.

Brian Janezich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Janezich, was dismissed from Memorial Hospital at Neillsville last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Hadzima, Suellyn and Chad Allen, of Eau Claire, were guests last Sunday at the Frank Lamovec home and helped Germaine Lamovec celebrate her birthday.

Frank Parkel, Jr., was dismissed last week from a Marshfield hospital.
