Cheryl Lee Krehmeyer (Holm), 64, of Neillsville passed away peacefully from her battle with cancer Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.

Cheryl was born July 12, 1951, in Wellesley, MA, to Birger and Eleanor (Colby) Holm. She was a graduate of North Shore high School in West palm Beach, FL. She married William Kuhn in Florida Jan. 3, 1970, and later divorced. They had five children: Shannon, Annalisa, Cine, Brandon and Jordan. Cheryl married Randy Krehmeyer June 18, 2005. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She loved visits from her grandchildren. For many years Cheryl worked at Neillsville Memorial Hospital and made many long lasting friendships there. She also enjoyed working at IGA, Marty’s and, more recently, Gordy’s, where she would make conversation with the customers. Cheryl was always smiling and had a bubbly personality.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Randy Krehmeyer of Neillsville; her children: Shannon (George) Geisler, Anna (James) Hizer, both of Black River Falls, Cindi (Daniel) Goyette of Kenosha, Brandon (Barb) Kuhn of Marshfield, and Jordan Kuhn of Stevens Point; her grandchildren, Brett, Natasha, Trey, Miranda, Semra, Allison, Isla, Cameron, Hunter, Zach, Aaron, and Tristan; her mother, Eleanor Holm; her brother, Robert Holm; a niece Britt Holm, and a nephew, Chassler Holm.

She was preceded in death by her father and an infant sister, Cindi.

Family and friends are invited for a visitation at Gesche Funeral Home, at 4 South Grand Avenue, Neillsville, Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., immediately followed by a Memorial Service. There will be a luncheon at Speakeasy Saloon at W7652 USH 10, Neillsville, following the service.
