Willard (28 February 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. William Bayuk of Willard have returned home from San Francisco, Ca., where Mr. Bayuk had attended the Rural Electric Cooperative convention, representing the Greenwood branch of R. E. C. He was there for five days as a delegate. They also visited the Redwood Forest.

Later Mr. and Mrs. William Bayuk took the plane to Honolulu, Hawaii, where they spent some time viewing the place. Mrs. Bayuk reports temperatures there between 70 and 85 degrees. They visited the pineapple plantations and the flower gardens with its beautiful and gorgeous plants. The trip was made both ways by plane.

Mrs. Dora Fortuna of Marshfield and Mrs. Marie Jeras spent some time recently in Roswell, N. M. and San Francisco, Ca. In Roswell, N. M. they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ignatz Cesnik former Willard residents.

Last week, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey LaMarr, Gene and Dean of Racine spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Louis Lesar, Jr., and family and also with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Auman and family.
