Miss Norine Malinowski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Malinowski, Rt. 1, Loyal
(Clark Co., Wis.), received her diploma from St. Joseph's Hospital School of
Nursing on Thursday, May 28, 1970. The group of 30 graduates was the fifty-third
class to be graduated from the school.
Commencement exercises were held in the Senior High School Auditorium at 8 p.m.
The nursing graduates, along with graduates of the schools of medical and
radiologic technology and histologic technique, formed a procession which
entered to the music of the march "Pomp and Circumstance." Following the
invocation, given by Father Agnew, David R. Jays, Jr., Hospital Administrator,
extended greetings to the graduates.
The commencement address was delivered by the Honorable David R. Obey,
Represntative from the seventh district of Wisconsin in the Congress of the
United States.
