Miss Sharon Cole, Colby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cole, Colby, exchanged
wedding vows Friday, June 12, 1970, at 10:00, with A1C Michael Spuhler, son of
Mr. and Mrs. LaVern Spuhler, Rt. 2, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.). The ceremony was
officiated by Chaplain Grosse at the Kadena Air Force Base, Chapel, 2, Okinawa.
The bride was seen in a white lace, long sleeved street length dress with a high
neckline. The veil was shoulder length of white nylon net with a seeded pear
crown and three daisies. The bouquet was made of red and white roses with white
streamers.
The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Bradford of Pensacola, Fla. Mrs. Bradford wore
a street length green lace dress and held a corsage of pink and white roses.
Mrs. Spuhler is a 1970 graduate of Colby High School.
The groom is a 1968 graduate of Loyal High School. Mike is presently a member of
the United States Air Force in Okinawa.
