Luedtke, Raymond (23 April 1951 - 5 March 1974)
Raymond Luedtke, 22, of Boyd died Tuesday at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire
from injuries sustained in a car accident. Funeral services were held on Friday
from the Anderson Funeral Home at Augusta. Rev. Edmund Kalemis, pastor of Sacred
Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, officiated, with burial in the Ludington Cemetery.
Mr. Luedtke was born in the Wilson Township on April 23, 1951 to Mr. and Mrs.
William Luedtke, Boyd. He attended Wilson Township and Stanley schools.
On August 24, 1971, he was married to Barbara Hardwig at Willard. After their
marriage they lived in the Willard area for a short time where he was employed
at the North Hendren Cooperative Dairy Co., later moving to Boyd.
Surviving are his wife, one son, Raymond, Jr., his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William
Luedtke, Boyd, and one brother, William of Boyd; and four sisters: Mrs. Dale
Schalinski, Augusta; Mrs. William Zimler, Mrs. Bertha Chawla both of Stanley and
Mrs. Louis Passel of Boyd.
Mr. Luedtke was a member of Mark Hubbard Cadillac Cowboy orchestra and worked to
the Eau Claire County highway department.
