Apfelbeck, Katherine (10 JUN 1894 – 7 DEC 1967)
Funeral services were conducted Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church for Mrs.
Katherine Apfelbeck, 73, who died unexpectedly at her home, Dec. 7, 1967.
The Rev. John B. Pinion, pastor of St. Mary's, officiated at the 10:30 a.m.
services, and burial was made in the parish cemetery.
A rosary service was conducted Sunday evening at the Lulloff Funeral Home by the
Christian Mothers Society, followed by a general rosary services.
Katherine Pecher was born June 10, 1894 in Chicago. She was married at Wuerzburg
to Frank Apfelbeck, Jan. 8, 1918.
The couple farmed in the town of Hull until 1947, when they retired and moved to
Colby. Mr. Apfelbeck died Nov. 27, 1965.
Survivors are three brothers, Frank Pecher of Abbotsford, George Pecher of
Dorchester, and William Pecher of Marshfield, and two sisters, Mrs. Ernest
Apfelbeck, Abbotsford, and Mrs. Albert Apfelbeck, Colby.
