Approximately 70 persons attended the family reunion picnic of the late Edward and Emma Ertl at the shelter house of the North Wood County Park at Richfield on Saturday, Aug. 1, 1970. It was the first time in many years that all thirteen children of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ertl had been together.

A picnic dinner and supper were served; and baseball, cards and swimming was enjoyed by all attending.

The children present with their families were Theresa Singstock, Mr. and Mrs. James Morrison and Mr. and Mrs. Willie Ertl, all of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Ertl, Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ertl, Unity; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Clouse and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Ertl, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Pernsteiner, Medford; Mr. and Mrs. Harland Kloke, Schofield; Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ertl, Racine; Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hebert, Gurnee, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ertl, Adrian, Mich.; and Dr. and Mrs. Elmer Jewett, Santa Paula, Calif.
