Pleasant Ridge (11 April 1974)

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Kuechenmeister entertained Sunday in honor of their son, Lee, who was confirmed that morning at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Anderegg and family and Mrs. Susie Anderegg of Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Kuechenmeister and family, Mrs. Eleanor Kuechenmeister, Mrs. Alice Kissling and Mr. and Mrs. Art Ackerman.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Short were in Minneapolis on business Friday and Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Drescher and son, Clint, of Wisconsin Rapids spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Drescher.

The Pleasant Ridge Circle of the Neillsville United Methodist Church is to meet this (Thursday) afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the church lounge. The group will begin the study of the Book of Genesis; Mrs. Ruben Hantke will be the lesson leader. Hostesses will be Mrs. William Hrasky and Mrs. George Kuehn.
