Miller, Fred (17 DEC 1892 – 10 JAN 1968)
Fred Miller, 76, of Abbotsford, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 1968, at St. Joseph's
Hospital, Marshfield, after a brief illness. Funeral services were held Saturday
afternoon at 2:00 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, north Green Grove, with the
Rev. F.H. Sprengler officiating. Burial was made in the Green Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Miller was born Dec. 17, 1892, in the town of Green Grove. His marriage to
Norah Harding took place June 10, 1920at Green Grove, and they farmed in the
area until 1949, when they moved to Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.). Mrs. Miller died
in 1952 and the following year Mr. Miller moved to Abbotsford where he lived
until his death.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Jens of Owen and Mrs. Ida Lulloff of
Colby.
Two sisters, Mrs. R. Neuman and Mrs. Emma Marquardt preceded him in death.
The pallbearers were Vern Anderson, Tim Jens, Bob Meyer, Bernard Newman,
Lawrence Neuman and Riley Newman.
