Bremer, Marie (6 JAN 1887 – 22 JAN 1968)

Mrs. Chris R. Bremer, 81, a resident of the Golden Age Nursing Home, Rib Lake, died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. Funeral services were held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Rib Lake, Wednesday morning at 10:30 with the Rev. Schaeffer officiating. Interment was made in the Abbotsford Cemetery.

The former Marie Younker was born at Dorchester Jan. 6, 1887, and was married on June 18, 1905, at Dorchester to Chris R. Bremer, who died June 10, 1964. They lived in the town of Mayville (Clark Co., Wis.) and farmed until his retirement in 1950, when they moved to Rib Lake.

Surviving her are a sister, Mrs. Anita Fritsch of Owen, a half-sister, Miss Bertha Miller of Eau Claire, and a half-brother, William Miller of Fifield.
