Berger, Todd Charles (24 SEP 1988 - 28 OCT 2015)
Todd Charles Berger, 27, of Westby, died on Oct. 28. He was and still is the
light for his family and friends.
Todd was born on Sept. 24, 1988, to Charles and Kathleen (Zondlo) Berger in
LaCrosse. He grew up and attended school in Westby. He graduated in 2007.
Sports were important throughout his school career. His basketball team went to
state in 2006. After high school he attended UW-LaCrosse for a few years. He
then worked in sales for Cutco and later became a local district manager for
their LaCrosse office. His latest endeavor was promoting music. He was able to
travel extensively and have many adventures with friends and family.
Todd is survived by his parents, Charles and Kathleen Berger. He is also
survived by his sisters, Lisa (Eric) Crites of Blue Mounds, Jill, Sister Bay and
Sarah, Westby and "the love of his life" his niece Lilah Crites. He is further
survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Lucianne (Chris) Zondlo,
Rib Lake, Rudolph and Delilah (Hoilien) Berger, Westby, his Uncle Allen Zondlo,
Rib Lake and Cousin Brent Zondlo, Rib Lake.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 11 a.m. at Our Savior’s
Lutheran Church in Westby. Pastor John Dumke and Fr. John Mano co-officiated
with burial in the Our Saviors Cemetery. A visitation was held on Monday from 4
to 6 p.m. at the Vosseteig Funeral Home, 708 S. Hwy 14 in Westby. In lieu of
flowers or plants, memorials are preferred. Online condolences may be offered at
