Timm, Frances (3 FEB 1968)
Miss Frances Timm and Richard Raddatz, both of Wausau, were married at Holy Name
Catholic Church there on Saturday, Feb. 3, 1968.
The bride is the daughter of Fred J. Timm, Colby, route 1, and the groom's
parents are Mr. and Mrs. Leander Raddatz, Wausau.
The bridal attendants were Misses Kathleen and Patricia Timm, both of Colby, and
Mrs. Ella Lietzke, Wausau. The bridegroom was attended by Michael Filtz, Stevens
Point, Larry Raddatz, Wausau, and James Frederickson, also of Wausau.
The ushering duties were performed by Gerald Raddatz and Raymond Dehnel, Wausau.
The floor length bridal gown was fashioned with a fitted lace bodice, Sabrina
neckline, long sleeves and bouffant skirt with tiers of lace ruffles at the
front. The detachable train was edged with a panel of rosepoint lace and
bombazine.
A bouffant veil fell from her floral headpiece, and she carried a cascade of
dark red roses and white tea roses.
Rouge red velvet and satin dresses were worn by the attendants. The dresses had
scoop necklines, long sleeves, fitted empire bodices, and semi-sheath skirts.
Forward floral hats with pouf veils and cascades of white carnations completed
their ensembles.
A dinner and reception at the Raddatz home followed the ceremony.
Following a wedding trip to Minneapolis, the couple is making their home at 619
Turner Street, Wasuau. Mr. Raddatz is employed at the Crestline Co., and she
works for Irvin Niewolny.
