Fire early Wednesday morning of last week totally destroyed the Famers Warehouse
at Atwood, with all of its contents.
Neighbors were attracted to the fire by the barking of famers’ dogs living
nearby, and when they got to the building, it was a mass of flames and nothing
could be saved.
The building contained a large quantity of flour and feed as well as grinders
and other machinery and the loss will reach nearly an even thousand.
