Van Kirk, Annette Marie (5 September 1948 - 16 November 2015)
Annette Marie Van Kirk, 67, of Humbird died Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at her home.
Annette was born to William and Audrey (nee Vinney) Arnold Sept. 5, 1948, in
Sparta. Throughout her life, she held multiple jobs. She was a loving wife,
mother and friend. Annette enjoyed the time she spent having coffee with her
friends, cooking, watching the packers and watching cop and Christmas shows.
Mostly, Annette loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her significant other, JT; daughters, Denise (Steve) Ullman
and Kim (Al) Hentsch; step-children: Julie Anne Schumacher, Jr. (Janet) Trautsch
and Tammy (Corey) Niemo; grandchildren: Brittany, Matthew, Alex and Adam;
step-grandchildren: Ryan, Nick, Kyle, Ryan, Nicole, Alise and Hayle; eight
great-grandchildren; sisters: Sandy Scherz and Lani Bailey; brother, William
(JoAnn) Arnold, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, brother and sisters-in-law, and
other relatives.
Annette is preceded in death by her husband, DeWitt Van Kirk; parents; brother,
Lester “Butch” Arnold; three brothers-in-law; and four sisters-in-law.
A Memorial Service was held at 12 p.m. Saturday November 21, 2015, at Our
Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hixton. Visitation was from 10 a.m. until the time
of the service.
Cremation Society of Wisconsin assisted the family with arrangements. Online
