Eveline L. Nyberg, 98, of Spirit, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her
family on November 13 at Ministry Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk.

Together, Eveline and Clarence had 5 children. She made their house a home with
her love and care for the children. She was a hard worker who helped run the
family farm all of her life. She also worked at the Spirit Store for 18 years.
Eveline loved the farm and enjoyed bird watching, her flowers, gardening,
knitting, and quilting. She also enjoyed canning and was always baking. She was
known for her special desserts at family functions but her specialty was her
famous Bismarck’s. Eveline was especially proud of her family and their many
talents. She will be greatly missed by all of her friends and family.
She is survived by a daughter, Anita (Bill) Stoughton of Ladysmith, sons Michael
and Brian Nyberg of Spirit; daughters-in-law, Beryl Nyberg of Spirit and Jean
Nyberg of California. She is further survived by 12 grandchildren, 26
great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and three godchildren, Susan
Tlusty, Dona Jahn, and Todd Nyberg. She is also survived by many nieces and
nephews.
Eveline was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clarence, two sons,
Rodger and Stewart, two great grandchildren, two brothers, Wilburt and David,
and a sister, Gladys.
A memorial service for Eveline Nyberg will take place at noon at the First
Lutheran Church of Ogema on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015. Rev. Robert Giese will
officiate. Friends may call at the Krueger Family Funeral Home on Friday, Nov.
27, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time
