Miss Mary Ann Urbanz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Urbanz, Willard (Clark Co.), Wis., is a member of the 1957 graduating class of Stout State College, Menomonie, Wis. She will receive the Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from Dr. Verne C. Fryklund, president of Stout, in commencement exercises to be held Saturday morning, May 25th, 1957.

Speaker for the session will be Dr. Harold S. Vincent, Superintendent of Schools at Milwaukee. Presenting diplomas to graduates will be Robert L. Pierce, member of the Board of Regents of Wisconsin State Colleges.

Before entering the Home Economics division at Stout, Miss Urbanz was a member of a graduating class of Greenwood High School. While attending college she took part in the following activities: Delta Zeta Sorority, Home Economics Club, Women's Recreation Association.

After graduation, Mary Ann has made plans to teach homemaking in the Burlington High School, Burlington, Wis.

Commencement week activities at Stout State College, in which Miss Urbanz will take part, provide an exciting climax to each senior's college career. Among the events scheduled are an all college picnic, commencement dance, recognition breakfast, Senior Honors Day, president-faculty reception for graduates and their parents, and a commencement luncheon following commencement exercises, also for seniors and their families.
