Mr. and Mrs. William Jordon and family, Mr and Mrs. Rudy Jordon and family of
Minneapolis, Mn, and Mrs. Lorraine Kadelec and daughter, Kathy, of St. Paul, Mn,
were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Jordon and attended the Darlene Trybula and
Randy Opelt wedding in Willard last Saturday.
Some oats seeding was started in our community last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Lehto spent four days last week with her sister and family in
Duluth, Mn.
Mrs. Edward Bayuk and Mrs. William Bayuk spent Wednesday evening with Anne
Champa.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Krapf, Jr., and family of Hales Corners have returned after
spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Krapf, Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. Ewald
Schwarze.
The following spent the weekend in Superior with Mr. and Mrs. John Volovsek and
family: Mr. and Mrs. Dave Volovsek, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Volovsek, Mr. and Mrs.
Ronald Volovsek and Mr. and Mrs. William Volovsek.
Richard Yurkovich and his band were in Duluth, Mn, playing.
Steven Hemersbach of Madison spent some time here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Al Hemersbach.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Scharenbrock and family of Chicago, Il., visited his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. John Scharenbrock, and attended the Darleen Trybula and Randy Opelt
wedding last Saturday.
Miss La Vonne Horvat of Eau Claire spent the weekend here with her parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Rudy Horvat and family.
Steven Scharenbrock and Dave Karloy of Chicago, Il., spent a week with Mr. and
Mrs. John Scharenbrock.
Neighbors and friends helped Mrs. Anna Volovsek, 81, celebrate her birthday at
her home. The Rev. Michael Mertens was present.
Dr. and Mrs. James Ulesich and family of Menomonie spent last Sunday with Mr.
and Mrs. Joseph Ulesich, and were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. George Dimmitt
in Humbird.
