Horn, Jerome Ronald (9 October 1938 - 7 May 1974)

Jerome Ronald Horn, 35, of Greenwood, died Tuesday in Minneapolis, where he had been employed. The son of Henry and Mary (Woepse) Horn, he was born in Greenwood October 9, 1938, and was a graduate of Greenwood High School and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He had served with the Army.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria, of Mexico City, Mexico; two sons, Xavier and Renee, both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Horn of Greenwood; a sister, Mrs. Vern (Laverne) Vollrath of Janesville; and two brothers, Donald and Lloyd Horn, both of Greenwood.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Immanuel United Church of Christ. The Rev. Pacifico Camarin officiated. Burial was made in Forest Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Darrel Horn, Gerald Horn, Norman Horn, Herbert Horn, Jerrold Kuester and Vernon Kuester.

The Immanuel choir sang, “How Great Thou Art” and “In the Garden,” accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Alvin Albert.
