Ware, Miriam A. (5 JUN 1883 – 1 NOV 1957)
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 5th for Miriam A. Ware, 74,
who died Friday, Nov. 1, 1957, at Madison, Wis. Rev. Charles Bennet officiated.
Burial was in the Greenwood Cemetery with the Clayton Memorial Chapel in charge
of arrangements.
Miriam Dunn was born in Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) on June 5, 1883, where she
lived her girlhood days. Here she was united in marriage to Julius Ware on June
12, 1907. They came to Montana in 1910, where they homesteaded in the Vida
Community, and later moved into Wolf Point in 1943, where they continued to make
their home. Mr. Ware died in 1951. Mrs. Ware lived with her daughter in
Wisconsin the past year.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth, Vida, Montana; one daughter, Mrs. Vera
Schroeder, Madison, Wis.; ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one
sister, Sadie Kerma, Portland, Oregon.
