Thomas R. Lindau, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Lindau, route 1 Curtiss (Clark Co.,
Wis.), was promoted to Amy Specialist 4 November 10, 1968 while assigned to the
4th Infantry Division in Vietnam.
Specialist Lindau is a rifleman in Company E, 1st Battalion of the division’s
14th Infantry near Pleiku. He entered the Army in April 1968, completed basic
training at Ft. Gordon, Ga., and was last stationed at Ft. Polk, Ia., before
arriving overseas in September 1968.
