A daughter, Patricia Dawn, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Carl Soltow, route 1, Spencer, at 12:15 p.m. on January 24, 1969, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. The baby weighed seven pounds, eleven and one-half ounces.
