Hederer, Marjorie Ann (24 JAN 1969)
Now making their home at 2014 Fourth Av., Kearny, Nebraska, where the groom is
attending Kearny State University, are Mr. and Mrs. Stephen D. Rowe, newlyweds
of Friday evening, January 24, 1969.
Miss Marjorie Ann Hederer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hederer, Unity, and
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Rowe, Wayzata, Minnesota, exchanged their
marriage vows at a candlelight ceremony at 7:30 p.m. in the First United Church
of Christ, Colby.
The Rev. Kenneth Dix officiated and Miss Karen Zimmerman, Unity, was organist.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, was attired in a street length
dress, which she designed of white satin brocade, with long sleeves, and an
A-line skirt, accented with a tulle veil, secured with a beaded headpiece with
pearl trim. She carried a nose gay of red roses and white carnations and mums.
Miss Glenna Cloud, Unity, was maid of honor. She wore a blue brocade dress,
similar to the bride’s, with a headpiece in blue. She carried a nose gay, the
same as the bride’s.
Miss Andrea Melander, a cousin of the bride and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald
Melander, Spencer, was the flower girl. She wore a brocade dress and veil styled
the same as the bride’s. She carried a miniature nose gay like the bride’s.
David Rowe of Kearny, Nebraska was best man for his brother. Jeff Hederer was
ring bearer and Randy Hederer ushered.
