David R. Grewe, Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.) was among 148 young people who
received graduation certificates at the University of Wisconsin Farm and
Industry Short Course graduation exercises Saturday, March 8, 1969.
Maurice E. White, assistant Dean and Direction of Short Courses in the College
of Agricultural and Life Sciences, reports that the new graduates come from all
areas of the United States, as well as from several foreign countries.
The Farm Short Course is a 15 week session offering more than 50 courses in all
phases of agriculture. Instruction is geared to both the young man who intends
to stay on the farm, and those that will seek employment in businesses and
industry related to agriculture.
