Rychnovsky, Caroline (4 NOV 1883 – 25 MAR 1958)
Mrs. John Rychnovsky, nee Caroline Hirdlicka, was born in Czechoslovakia on
November 4, 1883 and was married there in 1910 to John Rychnovsky. They came to
the United States that same year and settled in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1920 they
went to the Lindsey area near Marshfield where she lived until 1946. Mr.
Rychnovsky died in 1933.
Mrs. Rychnovsky, who had made her home with her sons Stanley at Neillsville,
passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield on Tuesday, March 25, 1958 at
9:30 a.m. She had been a patient there for two weeks.
A requiem mass was read at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield on Saturday,
March 29th. Burial was made in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield.
Mrs. Rychnovsky is survived by five sons, John, Stanley and Edward, Neillsville;
Frank, Marshfield; Anton, Greenwood; 14 grandchildren; a brother, who live in
Czechoslovakia.
