Hinker, Mr./Mrs. Sylvester (Silver – 9 MAY 1958)
Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Hinker celebrated their Silver Wedding Anniversary on
Friday, May 9, 1958 with an anniversary High Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church,
Greenwood.
Miss Barbara Pink, daughter of Henry and Clara Pink of Bloomington, became the
bride of Sylvester Hinker, son of Frances Hinker and the late Edward Hinker,
Greenwood, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood, on May 9, 1933. The Rev.
Father Gerald Schuh officiated at the nuptial ceremony and Mass.
The Hinkers have nine sons and one daughter, Jerome, Eugene, Ronald, James,
Francis, Lawrence, Allen, Robert, William, and JoAnn.
On Sunday, May 11th, the following were entertained at a 5:00 o'clock dinner:
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Graunke and George, Wausau; Mrs. Frances Hinker and Miss
Marilyn Loos. Afternoon callers were Mrs. Harry Plunkett, George and Tim.
Mr. and Mrs. Hinker received many lovely gifts and numerous cards of
congratulations.
All of the children were present, except Ronald, who is with the Armed Forces in
Germany.
