Mary Ann Parkel, R. 1, Willard (Clark Co., Wis.), is a member of the mid-year
graduating class of Stout State College, Menomonie, Wisconsin. She received her
bachelor of science degree in home economics education.
In the graduating class, whose degrees were conferred on January 30, 1959, were
42 persons. Of this group, 38 – 23 men and 15 women – were granted the bachelor
os science. An additional four earned the master of science.
Mary Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Parkel Jr., has accepted a teaching
position at Thorp High School, Thorp.
