On Saturday, April 4, 1959, Miss Elaine Jolivette, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.),
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jolivette, Greenwood, became the bride of Donald
Schwan, Loyal, son of Mrs. Otto Schwan, Loyal, at a nuptial ceremony performed
at the Lutheran Parsonage at Wallingford, Iowa. Rev. Nobert Jolivette, pastor,
and brother of the bride, officiated.
The bride wore an ice blue silk street length dress with a pink orchid corsage.
Mrs. Albert J. Stange, Wausau, was her attendant, wearing a street length dress
of royal blue crepe. She wore a yellow orchid corsage.
Albert J. Stange, Wausau, attended the groom.
A dinner was served for the wedding party at a hotel in Estherville, Iowa.
The bride is a graduate of the Greenwood High School and the Milwaukee
Accredited Beauty School in Eau Claire, and has been employed at Mi-Ladies
Beauty Shop in Marshfield.
The groom graduated from the Loyal High Schools and is now running the home fram
on Route 1, Loyal, where they are residing.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jolivette attended the wedding.
